We are seeking a dedicated Certified Midwife to join our outpatient team, providing exceptional women’s health care in a supportive, autonomous environment. This role allows you to practice at the top of your license in Tennessee, delivering comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
Position Title: Outpatient Certified Midwife
Schedule: Full-Time, 8-10 hour shifts, 5 days per week

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Midwife to join our outpatient team, providing exceptional women’s health care in a supportive, autonomous environment. This role allows you to practice at the top of your license in Tennessee, delivering comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct clinic-based care with a patient load of 14-18 per day, including:

Prenatal visits: Routine check-ups, ultrasounds, and patient education.

Postpartum care: Follow-ups, lactation support, and mental health screening.

Annual exams & family planning: Pap smears, birth control counseling, IUD placements.

Well-woman care: Addressing gynecologic concerns (e.g., irregular periods, menopause).

Operate independently as a primary provider, with physician support available for clinical decision-making when needed.
Qualifications:

Current certification as any type of Certified Midwife (e.g., CNM, CM, CPM) and Tennessee licensure as applicable.

Strong commitment to patient-centered care and safety.

Experience or training in outpatient women’s health preferred.
