Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $150,000 Health Insurance – Employer pays 75% (approximately $80 per pay period)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs
• Participate in call schedule rotation (1 week on-call every 3 weeks)
• Work collaboratively with a full support staff to provide comprehensive midwifery care
• Exercise autonomy in decision-making and patient care

Requirements:

• New graduates will be considered Demonstrate compassionate care and commitment to women's health
• Possess a clear and active license in the State of Indiana as a Certified Nurse Midwife
