Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000, based on experience
• Health Insurance – Employer Pays 75% (Approximately $80 Per Pay Period)

Responsibilities:

• Flexible Work Schedule: Option for 5 x 8-hour shifts or 4 x 10-hour days
• On-call rotation approximately 1:3 Weeks
• Full Support Staff to assist in providing comprehensive midwifery care
• Autonomy in clinical decision-making and patient management

Requirements:

• Clear and Active Nurse Midwife License in the State of Indiana
• Certified Nurse Midwife Certification
• Open to New Graduates
• Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care
