**Certified Nurse Midwife Opening in MN**
* Located in Fergus Falls, MN - Fargo 60m
Healthcare is currently seeking (2) Certified Nurse Midwifes, (CNM) to expand their Obstetrics program in Fergus Falls, MN. The CNM will provide care to patients during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum; as well as, family planning and gynecologic needs. As a new specialty with our organization, the CNMs will aide in the development and growth of the program while partnering with 1 OB/GYN MD, and 2 Family Medicine w/Obstetric MDs.
* As a unit, obstetric team members assist in the delivery of approximately 260 babies each year
* Typical business hours are Monday Friday, 8am-5pm
* 36 patient contact hours/week
* Equitable participation in 1:5 on-call rotation
**Education & Licensing Requirements:**
* Board certified in midwifery from AMCB
* Eligible for RN and APRN licensure in Minnesota
* Current BLS and NRP certifications
**EMR Systems:**
* Transitioning to EPIC in November of 2022
* Currently using Allscripts (outpatient EMR) & Paragon (inpatient EMR)
**Compensation/Benefits:**
* Base guaranteed salary for the first 2 years of employment with option for additional compensation based on production hours worked

Fergus Falls is approximately 170 miles northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul and 25 miles east of the North Dakota border.
