Job Summary
Join a dynamic team as an Audiologist, where you will play a vital role in improving patients' quality of life through expert hearing care. In this rewarding position, you will assess patient needs, conduct fittings, adjust hearing devices, and provide exceptional patient education that empowers individuals to reconnect with the world around them.

This role operates across two service lines: Tele-audiology and in-person retail services. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically competent, and comfortable working independently in a field-based setting.

This position offers competitive compensation with on-target earnings of $85,000-$100,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including evaluation of hearing and related physiology to determine appropriate treatment solutions
2. Perform intake interviews to understand patient history, lifestyle, and specific hearing needs
3. Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing instruments to ensure optimal performance and comfort
4. Educate patients on device usage, maintenance, and care to maximize outcomes
5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and device adjustments in compliance with healthcare standards
6. Conduct on-site hearing assessments, fittings, and follow-up care at long-term care facilities

Qualifications & Experience
1. Fully licensed Audiologist
2. Minimum of 1 year of hearing aid fitting experience
3. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and hearing mechanics
4. Ability to interpret assessment data and recommend appropriate hearing solutions
5. Knowledge of audiometric testing procedures and hearing device technology preferred
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse patient populations
