About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead BCBA to join our growing team. This role combines clinical leadership with direct client oversight, providing high-quality ABA services while supporting and mentoring clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
~ Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans
~ Oversee and supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
~ Provide parent training and ongoing caregiver support
~ Review data, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
~ Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and ethical standards are maintained
~ Collaborate with leadership on clinic operations and staff development
~ Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training clinical staff
~ Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with BACB and payer requirements
Qualifications
~ Active BCBA certification (required)
~ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
~ Active state licensure (if applicable)
~ Minimum 2-3 years of ABA clinical experience
~ Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
~ Strong communication and organizational skills
