Job Title: BCBA Clinical Supervisor
Location: Culver City, CA (and surrounding areas)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 annually (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Overview
We are seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide high-quality clinical oversight and leadership for ABA programs serving children with autism spectrum disorders. This role focuses on clinical excellence, team development, and positive client outcomes.
Requirements
Master's degree in a related field
Active BCBA certification
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision and oversight in accordance with BACB standards
Conduct FBAs, assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP), and develop treatment plans
Supervise and mentor clinical staff (RBTs, BCaBAs, and trainees)
Maintain required billable hours and ensure team productivity
Provide parent, staff, and stakeholder training using Behavior Skills Training (BST)
Collaborate with schools and interdisciplinary teams as needed
