Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure consistency across environments
Complete session notes, treatment updates, and progress reports in a timely manner
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
Qualifications
Current BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Active state license of Virginia
Supervisory experience is a add on
