Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Multiple Locations
Location: US - San Antonio, TX | Colorado Springs, CO | Woburn, MA

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and FBAs
• Monitor treatment progress and update plans as needed
• Provide parent/caretaker training and direct coverage
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure clinical quality
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Knowledge of ABA principles and supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with children of all abilities and collaborate with families
