We're looking for an experienced, compassionate BCBA who values collaboration, professional growth, and meaningful impact.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring program fidelity

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required)

• Licensed or license-eligible in Maryland

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field

• Experience in school and/or home-based ABA programs

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Passion for improving children's lives through evidence-based care
