Position Highlights:

Job Responsibilities
• Record exam, treatment, and test results.
• Communicate with providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain safe and compliant work environment.
• Verify lab orders; collect and prepare specimens; enter lab data.
• Relay provider’s orders and counsel patients within guidelines.
• Process referrals, authorizations, and prescriptions.
• Inform patients of costs and provide resource guidance.
• Prepare and clean treatment and office areas.
• Perform front office duties (scheduling, phones, faxing, registration, check-out).
• Model diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency.
• Follow college policies, mission, vision, and core values.
Qualifications
2. Medical Assistant License (According to the state)
3. BLS Certification
4. Social Security Number
5. Driving License
Working Hours
Schedule: 3 DAYS/WEEK
HOURS: 8:30AM-4:30PM
