Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - 100% remote (New Graduates are Accepted)
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC, US

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for clients, primarily children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
2. Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs.
3. Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
4. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support the client's development.
6. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and applicable laws/regulations (BACB, HIPAA, etc.).
7. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Active BCBA certification.
3. Active SC State License.

Skills

Skills:
1. Proven experience using ABA methods with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related conditions.
2. Ability to conduct and interpret various clinical assessments.
3. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Prior supervision and project management experience is a plus.
5. Responsible handling of confidential information.
