CRNA Locum Opportunity – Flexible Schedule | Metro Toledo, OH | Supervised Model | Epic EMR
We’re actively seeking experienced CRNAs for a flexible locums opportunity across multiple hospital sites in the Metro Toledo region of Ohio. Join a collaborative, supervised team covering a wide range of cases in a system known for quality care and professional support.
📍 Location:
Metro Toledo, OH
📅 Schedule Options:

5x8s or 4x10s preferred

Open to 3 days/week schedule for the right candidate
🏥 Practice Details:

Case Types: No hearts, heads, OB, or neonates. Peds preferred but not required

Supervised Model: CRNAs are supervised at all facilities

EMR: Epic
-
Facility Levels: Toledo Hospital is Level 1 Trauma; others are Level 2 or 3

Daily Cases: Range from 2–15/day depending on site and shift
🔁 Floating Required:
CRNAs will rotate across several facilities within the metro area — strong team culture and consistent support at all sites.
