CRNA Opening
Join a growing practice in a vibrant and prosperous community
* Current specialties served: General Surgery including upper and lower endoscopic procedures, orthopedics, sports medicine, plastics (cosmetic and reconstructive), ophthalmology, podiatry, and OB/GYN plus a small amount of vascular and dental procedures
* Call: 1 : 5-6
* 30 minutes response time for call
* Join 5 full time CRNAs
* Support with 4 Physician Assistants and 15 Registered Nurses
* ED Volume of 12,000 visits / year
* Latest technology in all modalities
* Hospital employed, $210K base plus annual retain bonus
* Relocation up to $5K
* 280 PTO hours annually
* 403b and 457 Retirement plans
* CME = $5,500 each calendar year
* HPSA (Health Professional Shortage Area)
