Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia West Bloomfield Township, MI

• Shift: 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
• Hours/week: 36-40 hours

• Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN and CRNA certification required
• Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred, including adult and pediatric cases

• Hourly Rate: $167.50

• Administer anesthesia for a broad range of surgical procedures including general, ortho, neuro, plastics, peds, OB, vascular, thoracic, and others.
• Document all procedures accurately using Epic EMR.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and procedures.
• Provide anesthesia support for approximately 35 cases per day, plus 20 offsite cases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting designated as a Level III Trauma Center.
• Support both outpatient (80%) and inpatient (20%) cases, with a variety of monitored anesthesia care procedures.
• Operate within a team-focused, positive culture environment.

Required:

• Valid CRNA certification and active license
• Prior experience with diverse anesthetic procedures, including pediatric and adult cases
• Ability to handle a fast-paced surgical environment

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level III Trauma Center or similar setting
• Strong team collaboration skills
