Availability

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Call Frequency: Every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend

Call Response Time: 20 minutes

Full-day orientation required
License & Certifications

Clinical Requirements

Independent CRNA practice — no supervision
