Two full-time CRNAs needed for a collaborative team. Schedule options include 5x8s or 4x10s; 5x10s may also be considered. $250/hour; call-back pay is $300/hour. Epic EMR. Credentialing typically takes about 30 days.

Job Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for mostly outpatient surgical and endoscopic procedures, with some inpatient care. Case mix includes orthopedics, endoscopy, general surgery, urology, ENT, and OB. OB experience is required, including labor epidurals and spinal anesthesia for C-sections. Work independently during regular hours and on call, in collaboration with an anesthesiologist.

Qualifications

Active Michigan license required. AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NBCRNA certification required. Experience with spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, and arterial catheters required. Provide logs showing at least 75 cases from the past 12 months.

Working Hours

5x8s or 4x10s; 5x10s may be considered. Room time is 7:15 a.m.; anesthesia staff typically arrive between 6:30 and 6:45 a.m. Call includes 1–2 weekdays per week and one weekend per month.
