We’re currently seeking a CRNA to join our amazing team.

Details of the opening:

• Anticipated start date: ASAP
  
• Anticipated schedule: Three consecutive 12-hour overnight shifts 7:00 PM–7:00 AM No daytime coverage required Provider may select 3 nights between Monday–Thursday
• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
• Description: Inpatient, OB, Epidurals, General Anesthesia, schedule surgeries, may involve CRNA supervision, other duties as assigned (any additional questions can be discussed during the interview). Must be comfortable in a rural, critical access setting

Requirements:

• NY License in Hand
• Epic Experience Required
• Agency must pay app fee - $75 APP, $150 MD
• AHA or RQI certs
