- Mondays strongly needed
- Fridays strongly needed with commitment to stay the full shift
- Holiday coverage willingness preferred
- Flexibility for 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts required
- Shift Types: 8-hour shifts (primarily GI coverage), 10-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts (primarily OR coverage), Monday-Friday coverage only
- No call required
- Trauma Designation: Level II
- Facility Beds: 298
- EMR: Epic
- Certifications: BC or BE, ACLS, BLS, Indiana License not required at submission Will accept candidates needing licensure
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Prefer clean background and no malpractice history
- Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks (56 days listed)
