Position: Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Fortuna, CA
EMR: Epic
Start Date: December 1, 2026 (Ongoing Coverage)
Credentialing Timeline: 15–30 Days
Clean File Mandate: Clean files strongly preferred. Providers with malpractice settlements, DUIs, substance history, restrictions, terminations, or Board actions are strictly ineligible for temporary privileges.
Schedule & Shift Breakdown
- Coverage Type: Inpatient Hospital Shifts + Call Coverage
- Shift Volume: Minimum 5 shifts per month required (potential for additional shifts)
- Call Structure: 24-Hour Weekend Beeper Call
- Guaranteed Hours & OT: 8 guaranteed hours per day; Overtime rate applies after 8 hours worked
Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements
- Board Status: Board Eligible (BE)
- Licensure: Active California State Nursing/APRN License & Active DEA
- Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS)
