Locum-to-Perm – Dayton, Ohio, CRNA Opening

Clinical Role

• ASAP start with ongoing need
• Locum-to-permanent opportunity
• Minimum 6-month commitment required
• Pediatric anesthesia setting
• Supervised by Pediatric Anesthesiologists
• Level I Trauma Center
• Approximately 13,000 OR cases annually
• Approximately 1-15 surgical cases per day
• No pain management cases

Schedule & Coverage

• No call, weekends, or holidays
• 8-hour shift: 7:00 am-3:30 pm
• 10-hour shift: 7:00 am-5:30 pm
• Must provide consistent coverage for a minimum of 6 months

Practice Setting & Support

• 11 ORs at the main location and 4 ORs at an additional location
• Medical Imaging and Interventional Radiology coverage
• Support includes Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, physicians, and nursing staff
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

Requirements & Credentialing

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Graduate of an accredited AANA-approved Nurse Anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification
• NBCRNA board certification required
• AANA certification required
• Active Ohio license required
• BLS and PALS required
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
• 1-3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience preferred
