- Start: Â As soon as credentialed
- End: Â Ongoing (minimum of three months)
- Shifts:Â
- Full time scheduleÂ
- Three different shift typesÂ
- 6 am to 7:30 pm or 6 am to 4:30 pm or 8 am to 9:30pmÂ
- 30 min unpaid lunch
- Call schedule TBD
- Setting:Â
- Hospital setting
- Level I academic trauma
- Practice Model:Â Medically Directed
- Required Procedures:Â
- General Anesthesia, Neuro and Spine, Orthopedics, Oncology: ENT, GYN, Urology, No Blocks, No OB, No hearts
- 21 OR suites which cover all surgical specialties, to include Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, Robotics and Burns.
- Other non-operating room sites covered include CT, MRI, Bronch, Neuro-angio and interventional radiology
- 3 to 5 cases per day

- Credentialing timeline:
- 30-60 days for full privileges
