Full-Time CRNA Benefits:

Key Responsibilities
- Administer safe and effective anesthesia independently
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop appropriate anesthetic plans
- Monitor patients throughout the intraoperative and post-operative periods
- Maintain clear and accurate medical documentation
- Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
- Safely operate and maintain anesthesia equipment
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons and the surgical team
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care
