The Opportunity
Join a healthcare team in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida, as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Assignment Details
- Location: St. Augustine, Florida
- Start Date: ASAC (90 days)
- Duration: 3 months with option to extend
- Schedule: 8's only. Monday-Friday.Wants the provider to work 20 shifts/month
- Call Requirements: No Call or Weekends
- Setting: Rotate between surgery center 1-2 days/week, and the Hospital 3-4 dasy/week.
- EMR: Surgery Center- SIS. Hospital- Cerner
Clinical Details
- Model: Care Team model. Mostly medical direction. MDs will do most, if not all the blocks, with APPs in rooms. It's a new surgery center build that's falling under the NFAC practice.
- Practice Model at St. Augustine: Care team model for 4 OR's
- Case Types: Surgery Center-100%Ortho. Hospitals- Ortho, General, GYN, GI, Urology, Podiatry, ENT,Neuro.
- Majority of cases are Gen Surgery and ortho.

Requirements
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Licensure: Active FL license is required.
- Case Logs 24 months of case logs required.
- Experience expectations: 2 years experience
