Locums-to-Perm | Pediatric CRNA | Dayton, OH (any state license accepted) Why This Role

  • No call, weekends or holidays
  • 8- or 10-hour daytime shifts
  • New graduates accepted
  • Level I pediatric trauma setting
  • Direct path to permanent placement
Assignment Details Start/end: As soon as credentialed; locums-to-perm Schedule: 8- or 10-hour shifts; 7am-3:30pm or 7am-5:30pm Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours; no call Volume: 1-15 surgical cases/day; ~13,000 OR cases annually Setting: Neonatal and pediatric anesthesia; Level I Trauma Center Support: Supervised by pediatric anesthesiologists with physician, CRNA and nursing support OR coverage: 11 main ORs + 4 south campus ORs; medical imaging/IR coverage Credentialing: 60-90 days Clinical Details Required scope: Neonatal and pediatric anesthesia care Required scope: Pre-operative assessment and anesthesia care planning in collaboration with anesthesiologists Required scope: Induction, maintenance and emergence Pediatric experience required per submission criteria 1-3 years neonatal and/or pediatric experience preferred New graduates accepted Requirements NBCRNA board certified Graduate of an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program AANA certification License: Any state license accepted; OH obtained during credentialing BLS and PALS Compensation Rate negotiable, open to your number Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed Permanent compensation up to $325K annually based on experience Sign-on and annual incentive bonus potential upon permanent conversion
