Looking for your next opportunity in a beautiful desert destination? Envoy, the internal locum tenens division of Envision, is seeking CRNAs for Independent Contractor assignment in Central Arizona. Enjoy a rewarding practice environment along with warm, sunny winters and convenient access to some of Arizona’s wonderful history and culture.
Highlights:
- 1099 Independent Contractor CRNA position
- Schedule: M-F; 40hrs weeks (5-8hr); Must take call
- Cases include general surgery, OB/GYN (180-200 OB pts/year), GI, Ortho, and occasionally Cath lab. No hearts or neuro;
- Independent practice:4-CRNA
- License/Certification Requirements: NBCRNA, Active Arizona license, Active PALS and ACLS
- Hospital: Trauma level 4
