CRNA (Locum Tenens) – Texas
Location: Texas
Schedule: 4x10s, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: Cath lab / EP lab; medical direction model
Travel and Lodging: Yes (travel candidates considered)
Position Overview
Provide CRNA anesthesia coverage for EP/Cath lab procedures (and some general cases) within a medical direction model.
Site Details
EMR: Epic.
Team size referenced: 20 MDs / 30 CRNAs.
Operating rooms referenced: 30–40.
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Texas CRNA license.
Board certified.
BLS.
No new graduates (prior clinical experience required) per Order notes.
Malpractice history must be disclosed and verified at time of submission per Order notes.
Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)
Current CV/resume.
Requested schedule and any time off (RTO).
Tentative start date.
Travel/expense request (if applicable).
