Job description
360 Anesthesia is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative anesthesia team in Marion, Illinois at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center. This is an outstanding opportunity for providers who value autonomy, work-life balance, and the ability to practice at the full scope of their training in a supportive clinical environment.
Whether you're an experienced CRNA or a new graduate, you'll have the opportunity to grow professionally while working alongside a team that encourages collaboration and clinical excellence.
Position Highlights
- Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00am to 3:00pm
- No call, weekends, or holidays
- W2 and 1099 opportunities available
- Practice independently with a high level of autonomy
- Perform regional anesthesia and line placements
- Opportunity to perform your own peripheral nerve blocks
- Practice at the full scope of your education and training
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Epic electronic medical record
Collaborative Team Environment
You'll join an experienced anesthesia team consisting of:
- 6 CRNAs
- 1 Anesthesiologist
Our providers work in a collaborative environment that supports independent practice while ensuring the resources and teamwork needed to deliver exceptional patient care.

Case Mix Includes:
- Orthopedics
