Job Requirements
- Active CRNA certification
- Indiana CRNA licensure or eligibility
- At least 1 year of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist experience required
- Experience in an independent practice anesthesia model required
- Strong skills in blocks, spinals, and epidurals
- Experience with Cerner preferred
- No new graduates
- Ability to work with a broad anesthesia case mix
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective anesthesia care for Endo, OB, General, and Ortho cases
- Perform regional anesthesia procedures, including blocks, spinals, and epidurals
- Deliver patient-centered anesthesia services with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Function confidently in an independent practice environment
- Collaborate with the perioperative team to support smooth patient flow
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR system
