September 24, 25, October 1, 2, 5, 12, 13, 22, 23, November 16, 17, 18, 25, Dec 21-23, 28, 29, 30, 31
Details of Assignment:
--8s or 10s
--Covering Ortho cases, must be able to do spinals
--CRNAs are supervised in 1:6 supervision model
--CRNA must be experienced with general anesthesia, TIVA/MAC, orthopedic/total joint, spine, trauma, IR, MRI, GI and high-acuity adult/geriatric cases, advanced airway management and massive transfusions, and must be comfortable routinely placing spinals; regional block experience is not required.
--Active Alabama license
--No malpractice/background issues/dismissed cases etc.
