What You’ll Do:
- Provide anesthesia care for diverse surgical procedures, including pediatric outpatient cases
- Manage anesthesia for scheduled surgeries and optional on-call shifts
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Assist in outpatient and inpatient anesthesia procedures across multiple surgical specialties
- Document anesthesia procedures accurately and efficiently
- Follow all safety and compliance guidelines to uphold high standards of care
What You Need:
- Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Minnesota
- Prior experience in pediatric anesthesia preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment
