- Shift: Day, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (06:30–17:00, 06:30–5:00, 06:30–7:00)
- Hours/week: Minimum 36 hours, up to 40 hours
- Employment Type: Full-time contract
- License/Certs: MN RN License, MN CRNA Certification, ACLS/BLS Tier 2 required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Hourly Pay Rate: $218.59

- Provide anesthesia care within supervised model—no blocks, epidurals, or spinals
- Support a care team model with a 4:1 patient ratio
- Cover assigned shifts, including occasional overnight/weekend shifts (not required)
- Support patients aged 12+ in a tertiary hospital setting
- Engage in specialized care procedures on a Level III facility
- Use Epic EMR for documentation
- Support staff including anesthesia aides and room turnover
- Valid Minnesota RN license and CRNA certification
- Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience
- BLS/ACLS Tier 2 certifications
- Ability to commit to at least two consecutive weeks per month for initial three months
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
