Job description
Northern Light Mayo Hospital is seeking an experienced full time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative and dedicated team at our critical access hospital located in the heart of Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive environment that values both clinical autonomy and teamwork, allowing providers to make a meaningful impact on patient care while enjoying a strong work-life balance in a close-knit community. A minimum of 2-3 years’ CRNA experience is required due to the independent nature of this role.
Position Highlights:
- Independent practice environment
- Work-life balance—enjoy 13 weeks off per year in a low-call volume setting
- Comprehensive benefit package, including employer-matched retirement plan, malpractice insurance, educational loan reimbursement of $20k/year, and CME allowance
- Additional pay for weekday and weekend call
- Relocation reimbursement and $30k sign-on bonus
Compensation information:
- $260,000 base salary
- The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
