- Flexible scheduling options: weekdays, weekends, or a combination of both
- 10 and 12-hour shifts available (some 8-hour day shifts)
- Care team model
- Cerner & AIMS EMR
- Cases include General, Ortho, Endo, Urology, GYN, Robotics, and Neuro/Spine
- Very limited pediatrics
- Dedicated cardiac team, though providers should be comfortable with potential exposure to cardiac, neuro, and pediatric cases
