A locum tenens opportunity is available for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) starting August 3, 2026, at an ambulatory surgery center. This is a full-time assignment (5x8s) with daytime hours only and no call requirements. Job Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of outpatient surgical cases
• Deliver safe anesthesia services under medical direction (1:3 model)
• Manage both pediatric and adult patients
• Administer anesthesia for:
  • Orthopedic procedures (high volume)
  • General surgery
  • ENT, dental, gynecology, eye surgeries
  • Endoscopy procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in an outpatient setting
• Ensure proper pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative anesthesia management

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – required
• Active Pennsylvania CRNA license – required (no licensing support available)
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications – required
• Must be willing to work full-time schedule (5x8s only)
• Strong preference for clean credentialing file for expedited processing

Working Hours

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Hours: 8-hour shifts with 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Coverage Type: Full-time (40 hours/week required)
• Call: None
• Contract Length: Through March 31, 2027
