CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETIST

POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports The Department in providing anesthesia care within a flexible scheduling model. Responsibilities include administering anesthesia for a broad range of procedures, participating in optional call coverage, and contributing to a collaborative perioperative environment. The position offers access to modern operating rooms and an expanding regional anesthesia program.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Completion of a certified registered nurse anesthetist program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a CRNA in Ohio
• Eligibility for prescriptive authority and controlled substance registration
• Ability to provide anesthesia care across diverse surgical settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures
• Skill in regional anesthesia techniques
• Ability to collaborate with perioperative staff and surgical teams
• Familiarity with modern operative and monitoring technology
• Capacity to support flexible scheduling and optional call participation
WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient
• State-of-the-art operating rooms with expanding nerve block capabilities
• Flexible scheduling options including 8-, 12-, and 24-hour shifts
• Optional call or structured call rotation depending on training and preference
