CRNA Locums – Irvine, CA | Level I Trauma | High Acuity | Ongoing
We are seeking experienced CRNAs for an ongoing locum opportunity in Irvine, CA at a Level I Trauma academic facility with a very high-acuity patient population.
Start: May 18, 2026
Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (start times vary: 6:30a, 9:30a, 11:30a)
Weekend Requirement: 2–3 weekend shifts per month (required)
Practice Setting
- Hospital-based, Level I Trauma Center
- Medical direction model (MD supervising up to 3 CRNAs)
- Academic environment with residents
- EMR: Epic
Case Mix
- General anesthesia: ortho, gyn, general surgery
- No OB, peds, or cardiac cases
- High-acuity, complex patients
👉 Must be comfortable managing very sick, high-comorbidity patients
Requirements
- Active California license
- Board Certified CRNA
- Extensive Level II trauma experience required
- Academic / Level I experience preferred
- COVID vaccination required
