CRNA Opportunity – Michigan
Full-Time Locums / Ongoing Need
seeking a CRNA for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity supporting facilities in Clare, Gladwin, and West Branch, Michigan. This full-time position is available due to a provider retirement and offers a consistent weekday schedule, independent practice environment, and a diverse case mix.
Providers will rotate between facilities while working alongside an experienced surgical team in a primarily outpatient setting. The assignment begins August 17, 2026, and will continue until a permanent provider is hired.
Job Responsibilities
• Coverage at facilities in Clare, Gladwin, and West Branch, Michigan
• Perform general anesthetics, MAC, and regional anesthesia
• Support a variety of surgical specialties including GI, general surgery, ophthalmology, podiatry, orthopedics, vascular, and cardiology procedures
• Provide perioperative patient care and anesthesia management
• Assist with airway management, IV access, and other anesthesia-related support throughout the facility
• Participate in shared call rotation
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation
Qualifications
• Active Michigan CRNA License required
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Ability to provide case logs demonstrating at least 75 anesthetic cases within the past 12 months
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• English proficiency required
Working Hours
• Monday – Friday
• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• One to two business days of orientation/proctoring
• Shared 1:3 call rotation
• Weeknight call until 11:00 PM
• Weekend call from 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• No OB call
