The Opportunity
Join a collaborative anesthesia team in a predictable, weekday-only role—perfect for CRNAs who want work-life balance without sacrificing clinical variety.
✔ 4x10-hour shifts
✔ No call / No weekends
✔ No OB (dedicated OB anesthesiologist)
✔ ACT supervision model
Case Mix (Great Variety, No Burnout)
- GI (high volume)
• Orthopedics (regional blocks encouraged)
• Cataracts / Eyes
• GYN
• Urology
• General Surgery (growing service line)
• Light Cath Lab
• Healthy Peds (8+)
Regional skills welcomed, not required
Clinical Setup
- Modern Datex-Ohmeda machines
• Fully stocked OR drug carts
• Video laryngoscopy + Sugammadex available
• EMR: SIS Anesthesia (Meditech Expanse)
Team Model
- 2 CRNAs + 2 MDs
• 1 MD covers OR
• 1 MD dedicated to OB
