Established healthcare system in Lima, Ohio is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join a collaborative anesthesia team providing care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Practice in a diverse case mix including surgical, procedural, and perioperative anesthesia services. Job Responsibilities
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, MAC, and sedation anesthesia as appropriate.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage airway/hemodynamic stability.
• Deliver post-anesthesia recovery assessments and pain management plans.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, proceduralists, and perioperative staff.
• Respond to emergency airway and critical care situations when needed.
• Maintain accurate perioperative documentation and compliance standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Ensure patient-centered care throughout the perioperative experience.
Qualifications
• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Active Ohio APRN/RN license or eligibility to obtain.
• DEA certification if required by role.
• BLS/ACLS certifications preferred.
• Prior inpatient or surgical anesthesia experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• No malpractice concerns or major license issues preferred.
Working Hours
• Mixed Inpatient + Outpatient Coverage
• Variable shifts based on OR/procedural needs
• Shared call/weekend rotation may apply
