Highlights:- Location: Southwest Wisconsin
- Contract: Locum
- Rate: Industry competitive and negotiable
- Facility: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Average Daily Cases: 7 cases/week between 2 CRNAs
- Case Mix: OB (epidurals), nerve blocks, general, ortho
- Coverage:
- 3-week rotation (1st call on week 1, 2nd call on week 2, off on week 3)
- EMR System: EPIC
- Certification: NBCRNA
- License: Active Wisconsin upon presentation
- Life Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP not required but suggested
