Required Skills:
  • Board Certification by NBCRNA
  • Valid PA license
  • ACLS certification
  • Proficient in general anesthesia, regional techniques (spinals, epidurals), MAC, difficult airway management, ventilator management, IV sedation, pain management, pre- and post-anesthesia care
  • Experience with epidurals and C-sections
  • Ability to independently manage anesthesia cases and emergencies
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR system
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience managing intraoperative emergencies such as malignant hyperthermia and hypotension

    -Advanced airway rescue skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to facility protocols
  • Experience with OB anesthesia and complex airway management

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Graduate of a recognized anesthesia program
  • Prior experience as a CRNA in a hospital or surgical setting
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Credentialing/privileging within approximately 60 days
  • No travel required, but flexibility for local or limited travel/lodging arrangements is preferred
  • Commitment to vaccine requirements and safety standards

This position offers an hourly rate of $232.80, with shift opportunities from 7:00 AM start times across various lengths, including 8, 10, or 12 hours. Compensation includes time-and-a-half for overtime and holiday shifts, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
