###Locums | Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) | Clinic + Call | Kirksville, MO ###Why This Role * High-autonomy CRNA role with no supervision required * Wide variety of anesthesia cases across multiple specialties * Consistent weekday schedule with 6:30a–3p shifts * Opportunity for both scheduled hours and backup call ###Assignment Details * Start Date: ASAP * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call * Schedule: 6:30a–3p; primary schedule plus 2nd/backup call with 30-minute response * Patients per Day: Not provided * Call Details: 2nd call and backup; call response time 30 minutes * EMR: Paper Charting ###Requirements * Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA * Active Missouri license * ACLS * Additional required certifications: Active CSR * Must be proficient in blocks * Must be able to work independently without supervision * Provider must live 90+ miles from the facility * Clean history ###Clinical Details * Scope: Full-spectrum CRNA practice providing anesthesia and pain management across diverse inpatient cases * Typical Procedures: * General anesthesia (adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma) * Spinal anesthesia * Epidural anesthesia * Regional anesthesia * Obstetrical cases * Neurosurgical anesthesia (head and spine) * Thoracic cases (non–open heart) * Complex orthopedic cases * Pain management techniques * Post-op epidurals * Post-op extremity blocks * Epidural steroid injections (lumbar and cervical) * Transforaminal procedures (lumbar and cervical) * Use of x-ray guidance for blocks * Ventilation management * Acute volume and blood pressure management * Central line placement * Arterial line placement * PA catheter placement ###Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
