Locums | CRNA | Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call | Tucson, AZ Why This Role * Urgent need with 10 providers requested and ongoing coverage * 8-hour weekday shifts with shared weeknight and weekend call * Broad surgical case mix across multiple locations * Independent practice environment with strong OR volume Assignment Details * Start Date: ASAP * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call * Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts; shared weeknight and weekend call; cross-credentialed at 4 locations * Patients per Day: 5 * Call Details: Beeper call; 30-minute response time; 1:5 call ratio; low callback volume; required to share weeknight and weekend call * EMR: Cerner Requirements * Board Certified CRNA through NBCRNA with at least one year of experience * Active Arizona license * ACLS and BLS * Clean history Clinical Details * Scope: Independent CRNA practice covering general surgical, orthopedic, urology, GYN, endoscopy, vascular, and spine cases across multiple facilities * Typical Procedures: * General anesthesia (adult) * Neurosurgical spine cases * Complex vascular cases * Complex orthopedic cases * Peripheral nerve blocks * Ventilation management * Hemodynamic and acute volume management Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
