Central Maine Medical Center, affiliated with Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia team serving Lewiston, Rumford, and Bridgton, Maine. The incoming provider will practice within a team-based anesthesia model with strong clinical support while maintaining a high level of autonomy.

Practice Overview
Central Maine Medical Center is part of an integrated healthcare system serving approximately 400,000 patients across central, western, and Midcoast Maine. The system includes:
- Central Maine Medical Center (Lewiston)
- Bridgton Hospital
- Rumford Hospital
The anesthesia program supports a wide range of surgical services with access to modern operating rooms and advanced anesthesia equipment, providing a stable and supportive practice environment.
What You'll Do
- Administer anesthesia for general, orthopedic, GI, OB, and urology procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans
- Provide intraoperative and post-anesthesia care
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
- Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and federal quality standards
Schedule
Full-Time
- Flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on OR needs
- Variable schedule based on operational needs
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Board Certified (NBCRNA)
- Active or eligible Maine RN/APRN licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work both independently and within a team-based model
