Facility Type: Outpatient Surgery Center
Location: Woodstock, GA
Ideal Start Date: May or June 2026 - ongoing need
Schedule: Open to full or part-time hours. 10 and 12 hr shifts available
# of Physicians in the practice: 1 Ortho Surgeon, 1 ANES and 1 CRNA on at all times.
CRNA will handle own cases. MD is not responsible for CRNAs.
Patient age demographic: Peds-Geriatric - youngest PEDs will be 12-14 years old.
Credentialing/Privileging timeline: 2-3 weeks
