Locums – York, Pennsylvania | CRNA Opportunity
Clinical Role
Join a high-acuity, Level I Trauma Center offering a diverse and complex case mix. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs seeking full-time coverage, variety in cases, and a strong team-based environment.
Start Date: May 10, 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing (through approval period)
Position Highlights:

Full-time opportunity with flexible shift options

Exposure to a wide range of complex surgical cases

Work within a collaborative, medically directed care team

High-volume, well-supported hospital setting
Schedule & Coverage
-
4–5 shifts per week (10-hour shifts)
-
Weekday shifts vary:
-
6:15 AM – 4:45 PM
-
6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
-
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-

Weekend/night coverage needed:
-
Saturday/Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Clinical Details & Case Mix

Setting: Hospital (593 beds, Level I Trauma Center)

Patient population: All ages
Case Types Include:

Trauma

Neuro & spine
-
Cardiac and thoracic
-
Vascular & acute pain services

OB/GYN
-
General surgery and GI
-
Pediatrics
-
Plastics and orthopedics
-
Robotics and NORA locations
Clinical Skills Required:
-
General anesthesia (GETA)
-
Monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
-
Regional and spinal anesthesia
-
Ultrasound-guided techniques
-
Epidurals (CRNAs perform independently)
-
Note: CRNAs do not perform blocks
Support & Technology
-
Care model: Medically directed (1:3, max 1:4)
-
EMR: Epic
-
Collaborative team with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians
Requirements
-
NBCRNA certification required
-
Active Pennsylvania license required
-
ACLS & PALS certifications required
-
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
Credentialing Timeframe: ~90 days
