Are you a dedicated CRNA seeking an opportunity to make a significant impact within a leading healthcare facility? We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide exceptional anesthesia care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting. This full-time role offers the chance to work with a diverse case mix, including pediatric, general, orthopedic, OB, and robotic procedures, supporting a collaborative medially supervised team across multiple operating rooms.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid CRNA certification and licensure
  • Extensive anesthesia experience, particularly in pediatric, ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, urology, and vascular surgeries
  • Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour night shifts, 19:00 - 07:00)
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with robotic procedures and regional anesthesia techniques is advantageous
  • Compliance with all credentialing requirements (approximately 60 days process)

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience supporting cardiac, orthopedic, and pediatric cases
  • Familiarity with medially supervised care team models
  • Experience with case management of healthy pediatric patients

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate anesthesia practice
  • Prior experience working in a hospital or surgical center setting
  • Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Must not be affiliated with Tacoma Anesthesia Associates, Creative Anesthesia Associates, or Rainier OB
  • Willingness to work nights and up to two weeks per month (minimum)
  • Overtime requires prior approval from the manager
  • Travel and licensure-related reimbursements when applicable
