Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills
- Valid PA RN license and current CRNA certification
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Proven experience administering anesthesia in outpatient surgical settings
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with a variety of procedures including ortho, gynecology, eyes, endoscopy, ENT, dental, and general surgery
- Previous experience working in Epic EMR systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia (Certified Nurse Anesthetist program)
- At least 2 years of professional anesthesia experience in outpatient or ambulatory surgery settings
Other Requirements
- Must possess or obtain PA state licensure prior to start date
- Ability to secure credentialing within approximately 90 days, with an expedited process when possible
- Willingness to work full-time, 8-hour day shifts (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Travel, licensure, certification, and applicable reimbursements will be covered
