Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Start Date: May 10, 2026
Duration: Until end of approval
Shifts: 4-5 10-hour shifts per week (varies: 0615-1645, 0630-1630, 0700-1700 M-F; weekend nights 7p-7a)
Schedule: Full-time, flexible coverage across multiple ORs and procedural areas
About the Role:
Join a dynamic anesthesia team at a 593-bed Level I Trauma hospital. As a CRNA, you’ll collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to deliver patient-centered care across a wide variety of surgical and procedural areas. Gain exposure to a diverse case mix including Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS, NORA locations, OB/GYN, General Surgery, GI, Pediatrics, Plastics, Orthopedics, Robotics, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia: GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, US techniques, and epidurals without a doctor present.
- Provide anesthesia care in multiple surgical/procedural areas.
- Work within a medically directed 1:3 model (max 1:4).
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
- Active Pennsylvania license (willing to license if needed)
- ACLS & PALS required
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience preferred
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
